The BEST way to shop with Melaleuca is online. All that is needed is an online account with your own username and password. You will have access to our full line of products, and we're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can also place your order over the phone. Find the product name, the size, and the flavor or scent you're looking for and your order will be on its way to your doorstep in no time. Weekday phone hours are 6am to 10pm(MT) and Saturdays 7am to 5pm. Closed Sundays and major holidays.

How do I start shopping?
First of all, you need to contact us to create an account.
What information do I need to shop by phone?
Your name, Melaleuca ID number, or phone number, the item numbers or name of the products you are ordering, the quantity, and your preferred method of payment.
What is the deadline to place my order each month to avoid receiving a Backup Order?
You need to place your minimum Product Point order by the last day of each month. If the last day of the month is on a Sunday, you need to place your order by the Saturday before (or the second-to-last day). If you mail your order to us, it needs to arrive by the last day of the month. The best time to place your order is by the 16th of the month. This helps in alleviating delays in receiving your Melaleuca order.
How do I pay for my order?
Electronic checking (US and Canada only), Visa, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus (US only). Mail orders may also be paid by personal check or money order.
How will my order be shipped?
In the US and Canada, deliveries are generally sent by United Parcel Service (UPS), and delivery time is based on the carrier's regular schedule (3-10 business days after the product ships from Melaleuca). You can track your order through your account info online. Melaleuca also offers a variety of priority shipping options designed to serve you according to your individual needs. Ask your Wellness Representative for assistance in selecting overnight or 2nd-day service. Priority services carry an additional shipping charge. Note: Orders placed during the last week of the month may experience some delay because of the large volume of orders we receive at that time.
If you do not receive your shipment in 10 business days, you are to contact Melaleuca's associates.
When may I purchase a Value Pack or Career Pack?
You may purchase two Value Packs (available in the US and Canada) or two Career Packs (available in the US only) during your first two full calendar months following the month of your enrollment.
